In the first series viewers were introduced to Ex-Detective Inspector Frank Hathaway. Since leaving the force he has become a debt-laden private investigator. His office assistant is Sebastian Brudenell, a RADA-trained struggling actor.<\/p>\n

Into their lives comes Luella Shakespeare. She hires Frank to investigate the fianc\u00e9 she met online. Although Hathaway reports that the man is\u00a0a con-man, Luella goes through with the wedding………only for her new husband to be killed at the reception and for her to be prime suspect!<\/p>\n

Detective Inspector Christina Marlowe, who had been Frank’s junior, is certain he’s got his murderer. That is until\u00a0Luella starts working with Frank and Sebastian to crack the mystery of what really happened.<\/p>\n

After clearing her name, she uses her recovered savings to buy into Frank\u2019s business. And so “Shakespeare & Hathaway – Private Investigators” is born.<\/p>\n
