Motif for Murder by Laura Childs<\/p>\n

This is the fourth book in the Scrapbooking Mystery series by Laura Childs.<\/p>\n

Carmela Bertrand is the owner of a little scrapbooking store in the French Quarter of New Orleans.\u00a0As New Orleans slowly recovers from the devastating Hurricane Katrina, Carmela’s business is blooming and she is happily reconciling with her annoying husband Shamus.<\/p>\n

Then one morning Shamus is suddenly kidnapped from their house.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

And when Carmela goes next door to his uncle Henry for help, she finds him murdered in his library!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carmela and her friend Ava investigate both mysteries. While they are able to rescue Shamus, he is of little help in pursuing the murder suspects. A key piece of evidence is unwittingly taken by Carmela, which places her in danger from the killer.<\/p>\n
