The Blood Arrow

Welcome to the village of Lower Morrals. Perched atop a hill overlooking the village is the Manor House, the ancestrial seat of Sir Blackthorn Root and Lady Daisy Root.   



You have been invited to a fund raising event in aid of the Medieval World theme park. ‘A place of light for all ages in the dark ages’ as the advert goes. This is Sir Blackthorns project to transform Lower Morrals. 

As you can imagine there is opposition to this project but anyone who knows Sir Blackthorn knows that he has the drive and determination to push this project through. To quote Sir Blackthorn, "I'd rather be dead in a ditch than to stop Medieval World"

Community Murder Mystery

Blood Arrow is supplied as a community murder mystery.

Some of the people attending the event are required to read the parts. They do not need to act. They do not need to learn a script. They just need to read a few lines on the night.

Only one person, the Compere, needs to read the whole script in advance. They will need to know the running order of the clues as they will introduce each character in turn.

Requirements

-> Community Space
-> Tables for 80 to 100 people. About 8 per table
-> One person to act as compere
-> Ten volunteers to read the character parts
-> A support team to organise the event


Optional - You may wish to provide props for the characters. We can suggest suitables props, such as hats, bags or houshold items.
