This Halloween the City Adventurers attended a comedy murder mystery and raised money for Cancer charities.
Luckily the fun started at 7.30pm, as the Prime Minister’s address to the nation overran from 4pm to 5pm, until finally it started at 7pm. Not that news of the imminent Lock-down thwarted the performances of the Red Herring cast as they threw themselves into delivering an evening to remember.
It was good to see the audience throwing themselves into the proceedings too. A lot of us had dressed up in Halloween costumes and some had given their teams Halloween-themed names. (Wish we’d thought of that)
Some of us even correctly deduced who had pushed Anita’s father into the wood chipper.
Another fun evening.
We are looking forward to the next one.
