Murder in the Midwest

After spending a great night trying to solve Red Herrings last murder mystery – Death by Chocolate – we immediately signed up to play their next adventure – Murder in the Midwest! This time we were transported deep into the heart of Indian Territory and the frontier town of Tombstone.

Wearing our cowboy hats, we headed (online) to the Crazy Horse Saloon; a watering hole for dusty cowboys, gunslingers and card-playing mavericks. Wyatt Burp had been found dead on the outskirts of town and the Sheriff was looking for answers…..

The Red Herring team had become slicker in operating the zoom app and were able to call up audience members to question the suspects more easily. Yes, we got to ask a few questions this time, so it was lucky we had dressed for the event……

Tickets for Murder in the Midwest! are available for it’s next performance on Friday 22nd May 2020.

Synopsis

As the centre of the gold rush and a staging post for coaches, prospectors and settlers, Tombstone was a vibrant happening place. At its heart stood the Crazy Horse Saloon; a watering hole for dusty cowboys, gunslingers and card-playing mavericks. With a swaggering Sheriff and a crackshot Deputy to keep the peace, the town was relatively safe as settler towns go.

However, Wyatt Burp, the Deputy, is suddenly found dead on the outskirts of town. Time for the Sheriff to get some answers…..
